NJ and NYC BOudoir Photographer_Amazing Boudoir Experience RandiPIN

Did you ever wonder why supermarkets, elevators and retail stores have their own vibe of music? It’s intended to soothe the brain in some way and casuse a desired response. However, as small business owners, what many of us may not know is that playing random music off pandora, the radio and even your own playlist is actually a copyright violation as it’s being used for commercial use. Absurd as this may sound, it’s never actually a problem…that is, until it is! Recently, we came across a story of a small business owner who was fined for using music in his business environment.

Oh no! What to do if you want to operate legit? It’s simple…As part of your regular boudoir prep, you can offer clients playlist suggestions to help them get even more excited and prepared for their session. Or, a little more expensive but good solution is to compile a Triple Scoop Music playlist. They occasionally have sales, like the Buy-One-Get-One Song License sale for 2014 Black Friday.

Without Further Ado…

Introducing Volume 1 of Boudoir Playlist Recommendations you can give to your client, categorized music to fit the vibe of your session you want to create.

  • The Piano Guys
