The Business of Boudoir »

An uncharacteristic, sappy, mushy, grateful moment.

WARNING:  EXTREME TOUCHY FEELY SHIT POSTED BELOW

Yeah.  I feel compelled to be mushy and sappy for a minute.

When Lynn, the other-mother to this lovechild, aka co-founder and I made the decision to move forward with this blog I had no idea that it would be so rewarding.  Hard work, yep – but nothing compared to the amount of pride and joy this blog provides me.

Lynn just reminded me that today marks the six months since we unveiled and announced our ‘lovechild’ and let me tell ya, I’m having some majorly proud-mommy moments today.  I read the articles and I’m just blown away by not only the stellar content but also that each and every one of our contributing photographers have shared so much of themselves.

I AM GRATEFUL. More than words can express, I am grateful for every single word that appears on this blog because each word comes from the heart and soul of our contributing photographers.

I AM HUMBLED as I watch our readership grow and…

I AM IN AWE of the raw skill displayed within our pages and …

I FEEL BLESSED to be among these good people.

….and finally,

I AM EXCITED to see what the future will bring.  ((because you know we’re cooking up something big, right!?!?! always!))

Happy.  So effin happy that I might be doing a little happy dance.
